Wayne brings to Promenade, over 35 years of experience in bulding and maintenance, specializing in senior living, including skilled long term-care centers.  Originally from Bergen County, New Jersey, Wayne moved to Nevada in 1992 where he spent the next 10 years as a service manager for air conditioning and restaurant equipment repair companies.  His most recent employment has been in the casino industry, where he spent 4 1/2 years in the engineering department, which he left as Senior Engineer.  His accreditations include:  Basic and Advanced Refrigeration, CFESA certified: Electric, CFESA certified: Steam, Basic and Advanced: Firemanship.  Wayne was formerly a member of the Volunteer Fire Dept. of N.J.
