Residency Agreement
Residency agreement is for a one-year period and is renewable each year upon your approval.

Security Deposit
An amount equal to half of one month's rent will be collected as your security deposit for your selected villa apartment.

Other Fees
- Pet Fee - $500 one time fee per pet.
- Additional Occupant - $475 per month.
