Mango Slaw
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Sour Cream
3 Scallions
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
† 1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 bag of coleslaw mix
1 mango
2 cups cashews
Mix the mayo, sour cream, sugar, salt, and pepper. Cut the scallions in small pieces and add to the mix. Skin and cut the mango on small toothpick like pieces. Combine the mayo mix, coleslaw mix, mangos and cashews. Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving.
